At Pacific Nook Furniture, we offer Local Delivery (Standard Curbside Delivery), White Glove Delivery, Extended Delivery, and Warehouse Pickup depending on the item and destination.
Local Delivery (Standard Curbside Delivery)
We offer local delivery within 45 miles of our Woodinville warehouse, including Bellevue, Redmond, Tacoma, Everett, and surrounding areas.
Standard Curbside Delivery starts at $100. Exact pricing is calculated at checkout.
IMPORTANT
- An adult (18+) must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the order.
- Our partnered carriers focus on delivering your order to the curb and will not enter your property or premises.
- They will not move items into the lobby, up steps/stairs, or to the front door.
- Delivery does not include entering apartment buildings.
- Assembly of items or removal of packaging materials is not included.
- Pallets will not be broken down into individual items.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is available for customers who require in-home delivery, room placement, and assembly when needed.
White Glove Delivery starts at $150. Exact pricing is calculated at checkout.
Heavy items, including marble and stone pieces, require White Glove Delivery.
Preparation
Before your White Glove delivery, please make sure:
- doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators have been measured;
- the item will fit into the intended room;
- the delivery path is clear of furniture and other obstacles;
- elevator reservations are arranged in advance, if required;
- any gate codes, building instructions, or access restrictions are provided before delivery; and
- any required building documents are submitted in advance.
Additional charges may apply for difficult access, stair carry, extra labor, remote-area service, or special building requirements.
IMPORTANT
An adult (18+) must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the order.
White Glove Delivery does not include electrical installation.
White Glove Delivery does not include wall mounting or mirror mounting.
White Glove Delivery does not include plumbing connection.
White Glove Delivery does not include moving existing furniture or removing old furniture.
Extended Delivery
For locations beyond 45 miles, we offer freight or third-party carrier delivery. Rates vary by distance and destination.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or remote areas that are not accessible by standard freight carriers.
Anticipated Delivery Timelines
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- In-stock items are typically ready for pickup within 1 business day.
- Local delivery orders are scheduled once the item is ready and full payment has been received.
- Special order, custom order, and backorder items generally arrive at our warehouse within 10–12 weeks.
- Extended Delivery timing varies by carrier, destination, and freight scheduling.
Delays may occur due to production schedules, customs clearance, port congestion, weather conditions, or carrier availability.
Delivery Scheduling
Delivery scheduling is coordinated once:
- the item is ready; and
- full payment has been received.
Customers must be available at the scheduled delivery time and delivery address.
Rescheduling Policy
Please ensure that an adult (18+) is available at the delivery address for the full scheduled delivery window.
If a delivery appointment is missed, redelivery charges will apply. If these charges are not paid, the order may be returned at the customer’s expense.
If you need to reschedule your delivery within 3 business days of the scheduled delivery date, a redelivery fee may apply.
If delivery is handled by a third-party carrier, rescheduling requests and any related charges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For small parcel shipments, if no adult is available to receive the order, the shipment may be redirected to a carrier access point for pickup. Any additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your delivery.
Warehouse Pickup
Eligible in-stock items may be picked up from our warehouse once the order is ready and paid in full.
Customers are responsible for:
arranging a suitable vehicle;
bringing sufficient help for loading;
inspecting the item before leaving; and
securing the item for transport.
Once an item leaves our warehouse through customer pickup, Pacific Nook Furniture is not responsible for damage caused during customer-arranged transportation or handling.
Storage Policy
Products are available for pickup or shipping once ready. We can hold items for up to 2 weeks free of charge.
After 2 weeks, storage fees will apply at a rate of $0.10 per cubic foot per day.
If storage fees remain unpaid for an extended period, Pacific Nook Furniture reserves the right to cancel the order, apply storage charges against any payments made, and/or dispose of unclaimed items in accordance with applicable laws.
Split Shipping
If an order contains multiple items with different availability dates, we may hold the order until all items are ready so the shipment can be completed together.
If you request split shipping or separate delivery appointments, additional shipping or delivery charges may apply.
Delivery Limitations
Customers are responsible for making sure the delivery location is accessible and ready to receive the order.
Please confirm in advance:
- doorway, hallway, stairwell, and elevator clearance;
- building access requirements;
- elevator or loading dock reservations, if needed; and
- gate codes or entry instructions.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, lack of access, or undisclosed restrictions, redelivery fees may apply.
Damaged Shipments
All items should be inspected immediately upon delivery.
If you notice visible shipping damage, please note it at delivery whenever possible and contact our customer service within 48 hours.
Please do not discard any packaging until the item has been fully inspected and any claim has been reviewed.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for compensation or resolution.
Defective / Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number;
- a brief description of the issue;
- photos of the item;
- photos of the packaging; and
- shipping labels or delivery paperwork, if available.
We may request additional photos or supporting information before approving a replacement, exchange, store credit, or other resolution.
