Payment terms

In-stock items require payment in full when you place your order.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit when you place your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery or pickup.

Estimated lead times

Custom orders generally take about 2 months. Modus and Mercana orders generally take about 1 month. These are estimates; please confirm the timing for your selected items with our team when ordering. Delivery or pickup is arranged once your merchandise is ready and your balance is paid in full.

Orders of $3,000 or more

Orders of $3,000 or more qualify for 10% off. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Local delivery

Our local delivery service is available for ZIP codes beginning with 980 or 981. Doorstep Delivery starts at $99 and does not include in-home placement or assembly. White Glove Delivery starts at $170 and includes in-home placement and assembly by appointment. The available service and final delivery fee are shown at checkout or confirmed in your written quote.
